There's this guy at work who is amazing, but he doesn't seem to notice me at all. I have tried to put myself in situations where I could chat with him... Still nothing!

He seems to talk to everyone but me... It's been three years now!

How do I get the man of my dreams to notice me?

Dog is right, get up the guts or courage and SPEAK! I know you can do it and it'll be really easy in the same environment. Find out what he likes, music, movies, sports, anything. Be interested, find an excuse-any! If sparks fly, yay! If not-oh well, three years is waaaay too long to wait for someone. You may even be overlooking some great opportunities around your own office who are just dying for YOU to notice THEM.
